Marlin Commercial Contractors, Inc was formed in 1995. Since that time we have worked very hard to develop a reputation of honesty, integrity, and working hard for every client. Our lengthy project list since inception proves up our reliability and dependability that we provide to our customers on every project. With the ability to work throughout the great state of Texas, we have demonstrated our ability to work for you even in the far reaches of the state.

Kelly C. Harris
President

Kelly Harris has worked in the construction industry for 40 years. After his successful completion of his college education, he began his construction management experience working as a project superintendent, project cost analyst, and project manager until 1995. Marlin Commercial Contractors Inc. was formed on July 8th, 1995 and since that time he has worked very hard, along with his established team of professionals, to meet the needs of each and every customer. Kelly has been married to Michelle for 30 years and they have (4) children, Hannah, Lauren, Bailey, and Blake. He is an ordained Baptist deacon and an avid outdoorsman.
Christian Santana
Project Manager

Christian started his career in construction with Marlin Commercial Contractors after graduating from Texas A&M in 2019. As Project Manager, Christian oversees and coordinates a variety of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and to our standards. In his free time, Christian enjoys following Texas A&M athletics, spending time with friends and family, as well as hunting and fishing.
Mike Pillow
Director of Business Development

Since graduating from Texas A&M in 1978, Mike has worked in construction related industries for over 30 years, from heavy equipment sales and rentals to solicitation of commercial construction services. He takes pride in his responsibilities and is constantly looking for ways to improve client relations. Mike has two grown daughters, two grown step-daughters and one step-son. He also has five grandchildren. He and his wife Mandi are very active in the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo where Mike sits on the Board of Directors and Mandi is Vice Chairman of the Tours Committee. They both are active members of the Ranch Rodeo committee and Mandi of the Trailblazers Committee. Mike is an avid team roper and hunter.
Mitch Gilbert
Director of Field Operations
Mitch has worked for Marlin Commercial Contractors, Inc for 27 years where he began as an assistant superintendent. Since that time Mitch has proved himself time and time again, and now oversees all of the field operations for the company. Mitch is a great dad to his (2) adult boys, Corbin and Clayton. He has also been very active in the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo for the past 12 years. He too, is an avid outdoorsman and fantastic Cajun chef.
Angela Kern
Office Manager
Angela joined the Marlin Commercial Contractors in 2014 and oversees AR/AP as well as all office operations and she continues to find ways to streamline the office performance. In her spare time Angela enjoys spending time with her (3) children and her grandson.
Jade Scott
Receptionist / Project Manager Assistant
Jade joined Marlin Commercial Contractors in 2019 and plays a key role in contributing to the successful completion of our various projects. Jade takes pride in being a mother to (3) wonderful children. Outside of work, Jade enjoys spending time with friends and family.
